We were beyond impressed with the level of care and service we received for our dog, Asher. From start to finish, the team made us feel supported and reassured. I cannot say enough about the care my pup received at NDVESH when he came down with a bout of acute pancreatitis. A scary experience for both him and I, and they handled the issue quickly from the moment I came in- bloodwork to diagnose was done within 15 minutes, and two options for care (inpatient and outpatient) were suggested. We opted for inpatient and they were able to get him up and running within 24 hours. He was treated like royalty and wasn’t even a little bit nervous when we had to come back the next day for his last dose of medicine. They even cared enough to follow up 2 days later to check in on him. I hope we never need them again but if we do have a pet emergency, they will be our first call!

We brought our sweet girl, Penelope in after getting her at the Dallas Animal Shelter. She was extremely sick with pneumonia and quite weak. Thanks to the medical team and after 7 hours sitting with her with her IV's we were able to get her well again. I would highly recommend their services in the case of medical emergencies with your pet.
